Each property has a barbecue area and good views over open countryside. A function room seating 60 is available on site by prior arrangement with the owner, and catering can be arranged. East Brent lies at the foot of Brent Knoll, a 450ft high hill that dominates the landscape and has the remains of an ancient Celtic camp and double rampart on its summit with magnificent views of the Quantocks, Bridgwater Bay, the Bristol Channel, the Mendips and South Wales. With easy access to the M5, the village is only minutes from the coast; Weston-Super-Mare and Sand Bay have miles of sandy beaches and traditional family attractions, whilst the smaller resorts of Clevedon and Burnham on Sea retain an atmosphere of a bygone era.
