Come along and visit the famous Yarn Market in Dunster, Lots to see including live demonstrations of shearing. Sunday 2nd September 2018 from 10:00am to 4:00pm

Built in 1609, Dunster Yarn Market provided covered space for the selling of the woollen products that had been the bedrock of the local economy since the 13th century.
Designated as a World Heritage Site on 22nd May 1969, It has been designated as a Grade I listed building and scheduled monument.
Now being resurrected for its original purpose, come and see what our native Exmoor Horn sheep produce - knitting wool in 12 lovely landscape colours, cushion covers, pullovers and socks. Shearing demonstrations at 11.30, 1 and 2.30pm. Open 10:00 'til 4:00.
