Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival

Bridgwater Guy Fawkes Carnival is held annually on the first Saturday in November at Bridgwater in Somerset. This year's event takes place on Saturday 7th November at 7.00pm

Located in the heart of the West Country with easy access by road, head south from Bristol on the M5 and you will find us between junctions 23 and 24 of the M5 motorway. Also served by rail.

If you are coming via the M5 please note the road into Bridgwater from junction 24 will close at 6.30 p.m., if you are likely to arrive later than 6.30 p.m. you should proceed to junction 23 as this road into Bridgwater will remain open all evening.

Please note the procession route will follow the same route as in 2013, when the procession reaches the top of the High Street it will turn right into Mount Street with the procession finishing at the junction with Castle Moat.

There will be entertainment in the town centre from 10.30am.

The Procession starts at 7.00pm and takes about 90 minutes to pass by.
