There are only 16 touring pitches remaining on this well screened, rural site with distant views of the surrounding hills. Within fifteen minutes walk of the county town of Wellington, which is surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes in Somerset with the Quantocks and Brendon Hills to the north and the Blackdown Hills to the South. The remainder of the site has been developed into an all year secure storage area. Only two miles from the M5, this is a useful stopping place when travelling to or from Devon and Cornwall, but the area is interesting in its own right, and is a good base for exploring in every direction, from Exmoor to the beautiful Dorset coast.

Gamlins is perfectly placed in the heart of the Exmoor National Park, Quantock and Blackdown Hills. We are situated between Junction 26 & 27, which is ideal for people travelling along the motorway wishing to stop off & break up their journey.

The site has 3 AA Pennants and is run by the very warm and welcoming Howe family. Free hot showers / hair driers and electric are included in the tariff along with free fishing. There are 30 pitches, some hard standing with or with out electric. We have a full laundry room and information room/ lounge area with pool table. Tents, children and pets welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead and can be exercised in adjacent field. Pitch prices include 2 people & a vehicle. Tariffs vary depending on season.

Greenacres Touring Park is situated 1.5 miles from Junction 26 of the M5. The park is close to the Somerset/Devon border and is ideal for visiting Sidmouth, Minehead, Lyme Regis, Exmouth and Taunton, all within driving distance. The town of Wellington is approximately 20 minutes walk. There is a bus stop approximately 500 metres away with a service that travels to both Wellington and Taunton running frequently. There are 40 pitches with a choice of hardstanding or grass plus electric hook-ups. Ideal for caravans or motorhomes. A toilet/shower block with disabled suite is provided. We pride ourselves on simple but immaculate amenities.
