Situated just off Pulteney Bridge in Bath, the Victoria Art Gallery is a free public art gallery. John Calcott Horsley, The Truant in Hiding, 1870The Gallery’s collections range from the 15th century to the present day and were formed mainly by gift and bequest since the building first opened in 1900. From the collection search homepage you can explore a selection of oil paintings, sculptures and pictures of local scenes from the Gallery’s collection. The search facility allows the public to see if their chosen picture is on display at the gallery helping avoid wasted journeys.
